An evening that will leave you, happy, empowered, energized and uplifted, while allowing you to make a difference in the London Community.
All Proceeds will go to United Way Elgin Middlesex.
Join us for a fun and interactive evening of Mindfulness and exercising our power within to create a positive environment.
The event starts with intenSati and live drumming; learning to exercise your power from within using affirmations, with aerobic movement.
After dinner empowerment speaker, and coach Anthony Cheam will enrich your mind and fill your hearts, with the basic fundamentals on how to upgrade human software and how to show up as the best version of yourself.
Janet Christensen will take an experimental journey where you will be guided through an exercise to clarify your values and your alignment with them.
In closing there will be a guided meditation, allowing you to leave rejuvenated and refreshed.
Dress code: Exercise clothing and comfortable shoes.

Mental Health and self empowerment are extremely important to me. Recently I attended a United Way event where I heard testimony of one person’s story of struggle to success. This speech compelled me to take action as it resonated so strongly with my own struggles when I came to Canada 23 years ago.
